As ClaroRead is closely integrated with MS Word and Internet Explorer, practically any text can be spoken aloud by this powerful software. ClaroRead can assist in delivering high quality documents through using the "proofreading" capability. With ClaroRead Plus, you can also scan any paper document or convert a PDF and have it spoken back with complete clarity.

Users can also benefit from the addition of included visual tools that colour, highlight and focus on difficult to read text as it is spoken by the computer. Words can also be spoken back as they are typed, ensuring the accuracy of written papers, tests, and study notes.

All this is controlled by one easily read toolbar that will lock onto any open and active Windows software application. Buttons representing features can be easily added and taken away from the toolbar.

Now also with Nuance Australian accented voices Karen & Lee. Turn your speakers on and navigate to sample either the Lee (Australian English) voice or Karen (Australian English) voice.

Available in Standard and Plus versions, ClaroRead is easy to use and provides the perfect integrated text to speech tool for use with Microsoft Word 2004, 2008 and 2011. ClaroRead for Mac V6 works on Mac OSX 10.6 and above. A 15-day free trial of ClaroRead Plus edition can be downloaded from Claro software's UK website and used for 15 days. Just click on the panel and follow the prompts! We recommend choosing the UK Edition trial.

Please note that as these are downloads they may take a couple of days before you receive your instructions and licence numbers. All versions can be downloaded to a USB stick so any of them can become a portable version.

Ordering:
For the single user version either use our online ordering selector under 'Available Options' and 'Price ex. GST' at the bottom of the page and pay by credit card (secure PAYPAL system) or direct deposit. Customers can also place an order online but pay with credit card details over the phone, or simply place an order over the phone during business hours (0386829945).

School ordering
Organisations should fax or email a purchase order to East West (0390178931) rather than use the online ordering system for both single user copies and multi-user licences. The latter cannot be ordered through the online system. Schools, hospitals and other government bodies will then be sent an invoice with the delivered goods. See the table directly below for the ex.
