Selecting the Freestyle Music activity allows the unit to be used as a single octave piano, whereas selecting the Music Scanning activity allows the user to play well-known songs by following the scanning lights. Once a user has completed a song they are then rewarded with the song being played back by AACtivity at normal tempo.

Interchangeable memory and powerful built-in 3 Watt loudspeaker, it is powered by a plug-in universal power unit (supplied).
